Return Policy

At Pixosum, every order is carefully inspected and prepared to meet our quality standards before dispatch. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a verified damaged or defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, Pixosum may provide a replacement for the affected item. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

To protect both our customers and Pixosum, we require clear video proof of the package being opened. Please record a continuous, unedited video from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing the packaging and the condition of the item(s) inside.

This unboxing video is required as proof for any damage or defect claim. Without valid unboxing video evidence, Pixosum reserves the right to decline the replacement request.

Replacement Eligibility

All damage or defect claims must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

• The item must be damaged or defective upon arrival.
• A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof.
• The claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must remain unworn and unused.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• The damage must not have resulted from misuse, washing, improper handling, or wear after delivery.

Once the claim has been reviewed and the damage or defect is verified, Pixosum will arrange a replacement of the affected item, subject to availability.

No Refunds

Pixosum does not offer refunds. For eligible and verified damaged or defective items, the only available resolution is a replacement.

Intimate Product Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie and intimate-wear purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged or defective and meets the requirements outlined above.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage every customer to carefully inspect their order upon delivery and retain their unboxing video until the order has been confirmed to be received in perfect condition.
