Due to the intimate nature of our products, Pixosum does not accept returns or exchanges, except where an item is received damaged or defective.
We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items. Eligible claims may receive a replacement only.
Any damage or defect must be reported to Pixosum within 7 days of receiving the order.
For security and verification purposes, customers are required to record a clear, continuous, unedited video while opening the package. The video should show the condition of the package and the item immediately after opening.
Without valid unboxing video proof, Pixosum reserves the right to decline a replacement request.
